Since it is Alpha, I think blizzard is very open to changing this ability back and maybe even suggesting the EM change you pointed out. This nerf hurts the people that were using the RM buff within reasonable limits, forcing them to go back to a playstyle focused around a single AoE cast once every 20 seconds or so. Having Enveloping Mist do 70% of your healing after you cast it once on each party member is wrong. That was ultimately what made Rising Mists too strong with the ridiculously increased haste amounts brought by corruptions. Rising Mists didn't need the nerf, Enveloping Mist needed a hard cap on the amount of people you could have it on in a raid setting. There may have been a haste breakpoint that determined whether it was more or less efficient than upwelling, but this playstyle was ultimately so much more interactive with our toolkit than a broad AoE spell that you only had to hit 3 times a minute to be top healer in your raid. The extension buff is what made this talent viable even at lower levels of haste. The ability's healing itself is not very strong. I may not play MW but I don't see just how much this'll hit you, other than you actually having to look at what your doing from time to time. I don't play Monk but is 2 seconds in exchange for +30% Healing Effectiveness really gonna gut your class/talent?
